Privacy
Privacy policy.
This policy explains what Keelworth collects, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect the following:
From employers
- Account details, including company name and email.
- Order details, including the people you ask to assess and the tier you choose.
- Payment details, when you buy a full report. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and we do not store full card numbers.
From candidates
- Name and email, supplied by the employer who invites them.
- The role and company they are applying through.
- Their assessment answers and the time they started and finished.
Automatically
- Basic technical information needed to run and secure the service, such as your browser type and the pages you request.
The assessment does not ask candidates about health, disability, background, or other sensitive personal matters.
How we use information
- To run the assessment and generate and deliver reports.
- To create and manage employer accounts and orders.
- To process payments for full reports.
- To provide support and respond to questions.
- To maintain, secure, and improve the assessment and the service.
- To meet legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed:
- With service providers that host our site and data, deliver email, and process payments, who may use the information only to provide those services to us.
- With the employer who ordered an assessment, who receives that candidate's report.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
- In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or sale, subject to this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and for a reasonable period afterward, and as required by law. Employers control the candidate data tied to their account and can ask us to delete it. Our standard retention period is up to 12 months after a candidate completes the assessment, after which the data is deleted unless you have asked us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect personal information. Reports are stored privately and delivered through short-lived links, and they are not public. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to ask how it is used. Residents of California and some other states have specific rights under their state laws, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. To make a request, email hello@keelworth.com. If you are a candidate, you can also contact the employer who invited you.
Children
Keelworth is for workplace hiring and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Where data is processed
Keelworth is operated from the United States, and information is processed there. If you use the service from outside the United States, you understand that your information is processed in the United States.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the effective date above.
