How it works
How Keelworth works, in three steps.
You order, your candidate completes the assessment, and the report comes back to you. There is no setup, no software for your candidate to install, and nothing for them to prepare.
The process
From order to report.
You place an order
Open the order form, add your company and email, then add the people you want to assess by name and email. Pick the free one-page overview or the full report. You can add as many people as you like in a single order.
You get a sign-in link for your dashboard, where every report lands.
Each candidate takes the assessment
Each person gets their own link by email, with their name and the role already filled in. They complete the assessment online. It takes around fifteen minutes and works on a phone or a computer.
A short consent line opens the assessment. There are no trick questions, and there is nothing to study for.
You get the report
As soon as a candidate finishes, the assessment is scored and the report is emailed to you, with a copy kept in your dashboard. You read it in minutes, and the full report hands you a set of interview questions written for that candidate, with what to listen for in their answers.
Sent the overview first? You can upgrade a person to the full report later, with no retake, because the result is kept on file.
A walk-through
Marcus is hiring a part-time operations coordinator and has three people he likes. He adds all three to one order, picks the free overview, and sends it. Each person gets a link that evening.
By the next morning two have finished, and their overviews are waiting in his dashboard. One reads as steady and well-organized, on the reserved side, which matches what Marcus saw in the interview. He upgrades that person to the full report to read more before the final conversation. No one had to create an account or download anything.
The candidate experience
A short, plain assessment, with consent up front.
Your candidate opens a link with their name already filled in. They read a short consent line, then work through the situations at their own pace, six to a page, with a progress bar. The questions describe ordinary work moments and ask what the person would most likely do. Nothing asks about health, background, or anything personal, and there is no time pressure.
- About fifteen minutes for most people
- Works on any phone or computer
- Consent shown before the first question
- No personal, background, or health questions
Your dashboard

- See the status of every person you have invited
- Open and download each report through a private, expiring link
- Resend a candidate's link if they need it again
- Upgrade an overview to the full report, with no retake
